Handle crank

Looking for replacement cranks or preferably the plastic insert that goes in them (it is stripped and spins instead of opening the window). The handles are from Crystal 230 Series Replacement Casement windows that I purchased in 2011 from Custom Order Online, Inc from Aurora IL. There are no numbers on the crank, just Pat Pend. We replaced our entire hiuse in 2011 and most of them are stripped or partially stripped. Thank you!!
