Handle cranks

The handles we received from you do not have the metal piece that our handles have that inserts into the cranking mechanism . The metal piece is about 1/2 inch long and has 6 flat sides. The windows are 16 years old and I THINK they are American Craftman windows . A number inside the handle is PO5-7810. The color is lighter beige than the one you sent me. See photo
