Handle cranks have locked up

Hello,

I have two windows were the handle cranks until locks up or - in the opposite direction - cranks off.

Looking to replace or repair.

Appreciate the help!!!

Thanks for posting! Looks like the gear on your operator is stripped out, so you should probably replace the whole thing. Now, it's hard to know what you have exact, but check out our 39-031 & 39-032 and see if these match up to your hardware.

There is Truth and 20810A stamped on the longer arm.... Sorry, should have looked a little more and given you that info earlier

I still think our 39-032 & 39-031 are a good place to start. Have you compared them to your operator yet? What do you think?
