Thanks for reaching out! Damage like this typically occurs when there's a good amount of force been exerted on the handle when pushing and pulling the door closed. Lubricating the rollers and track may help them to roller smoother. Although, if lubricating the track does not work, that may indicate that the rollers and/or the track may need to be replaced.

The replacement handle you'll need to purchase is part 82-086. You may place the order via the website by adding the handle set to your online cart.

if you are interested in replacing the rollers, I'll need to see a photo of the roller removed from the door.
