Handle for 39-083?

Handle broke off my Caradco 916 awning window after 24 years and I ordered your 39-083 Dual Arm Crank for the contractor to replace on the window. It came, but without a handle. Can you tell I don't know what I'm doing? I can't seem to identify the appropriate product number to order the handle to fit the 39-083 crank. Can you help? Thank you.

I have attached picture of the new crank but the old handle.
