Hey Donna. If you just need the thumb lever, see the 82-107. The actual handle set looks like the 82-089. There is also a version with an outside key lock, the 82-086. Take a look and see what you think. Please note that this type of damage to a thumb lever could indicate the door's internal mortise lock is broken and should be replaced. To find out, try manually throwing the lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then you know the mortise lock needs to be replaced as well.
