Handle for blind clearance

Question

Need a replacement handle that will clear my custom blinds i have on the inside of house above the three window slider. White in color at least on the inside the mounting hole is 3 15/16 but i need it to be flush inside as i only have a little over a inch clearance from the door frame to the shades.

I would need to see the handle you're working with now so that I have a better idea of what you need. Would it be possible to get photos?

With that in mind you will probably have to install your blinds in such a way as to make room for the handle, not the other way around. I can't think of an instance where a 3-15/16" patio door handle sat low enough to the door without having to do that. An inch is just not enough room for these to function like they need to. I'm more than happy to check, of course, but you should prepare yourself for that eventuality.
