Handle for casement operator

Hello! The most important dimensions when it comes to identifying casement operator handles is the size of the spline; that's the metal stem you see sticking out of the base. If you can find a handle that fits that spline, then you're good to go.

The best way to determine this is to measure the diameter of the hole in the original handle. That will tell you exactly what size you need. In your case, I feel pretty confident that your hole diameter is going to be 11/32" precisely. Your operator looks like a Truth brand part and Truth only used 11/32" splines, with no exception that I can think of.

Assuming I'm correct, you can use our 39-114L. We also sell the 39-205, which is a folding version.
