Handle for certainteed sliding patio door

The handle for my sliding patio door purchased in 2005 is broken and want to replace it. Can't find any part number. The purchch order lists the door as:

Cert. white vinyl low E no/grids.

It has a key lock on it and opens on the right

We don't carry this exact handle set but if your hole center spacing is 3-15/16", see our 82-030. Compare our dimensions with your old handle to see what you think.
