Handle for door with out original hardware

Question

I moved into this house and it didn't come with a door handle on the door and I have no door handle to like bring to a store or something so how in the world do I measure this to get a door handle that fits

The mortise lock shown in your photo resembles the 82-226, which generally works with handle sets like the 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole spacing. As long as the distance between your doors installation holes matches our specifications, this should be a suitable replacement option. Thanks for posting!
