Handle for sliding door 9.5" on center.

Question

I need a sliding door handle with 9.5 inch center on mounting holes. Can be wood or metal.

Please let me know if you have this part, and if so, how much it will cost me. I have the locking mechanism and the mounting screws. Just need the handle mounted on brackets with 9.5 inch hole centers.
