Handle for sliding patio door

I've asked before but this time I have a diagram and actual photos of the inside handle. Of course, I am looking for both inside and outside handle part.

Hello,

We used to carry this handle set but, unfortunately, it was discontinued. See our 82-036, which I believe you can use as a replacement. Just be sure to look over the product specifications and dimensions to confirm. Thank you!
