Window was installed in 1998. 3 screws, 5 inches between screw holes next to drywall

The closest I was able to match to your original style is the 39-258 operator, but the distance between the installation holes is 4-1/2" as shown below instead of 5". Please double check this measurement and let me know. If it is 5", please also provide the distance between the bottom installation holes from center to center. Thank you!
