Handle is stuck, need replacement

We installed this door around Christmas last year. The handle has never worked well and gets stuck. We are unable to open the door from the outside. Can you send me a replacement. The door was purchased from Lowe's

Sure, we may be able to help. We don't have anything in this exact style but we have a couple that are similar. Start by looking at our 40-034 and carefully review our dimensions. Let me know if they differ in any way and I can try to find something better.
