Handle is totally broken and plate that holds lock has fallen off.

Question

This handle just fell apart piece by piece and we need to replace the whole thing - The keys are also MIA so we should probably do the outside handle as well- I think they are a set anyway. I believe the inside piece measures 6.5 inches tall x 1 inch wide.
I am concerned about the switch plate because it seems the screw holes are stripped . That is why it is off the door frame. I need advice on what handle to order and any suggestion for reattaching the plate to the door frame where the lock latches. Thanks.

Thanks for posting! Your handle set can be replaced with the 82-081 Keyed Mortise Style Handle. This handle set will come with a new mounting plate as well as a set of keys. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm this is the correct fit.

Dimensions for 82-081

The internal lock you have is the 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock, which is sold separately from the handle set. I believe you'll need to the 89-030 Multi-Point Striker to replace the keeper that the mortise latches onto.
