The handle to let the casement window open and lock, now goes in too far when closed or locked. Is there a replacement for it or is there another part, like a stop that is missing?
Also the up and down windows that I also have, never had a stop for when the bottom window goes up, so it hit the hand grip lid of the top window and broke it where the bottom lock hit it. Are there stops for these up and down windows and anyway to repair the broken hand grip lids?
