Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! You have an older version of our 39-326 operator. I am confident that this will work for you. You can reuse the old bracket at the end of the arm, but you will need a new handle. I recommend the 39-114L.

A home owner from Rhode Island says:
Thanks. Will 39-226 work? I do not have the screw located on the opertor to attach the handle to.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding. I thought you were looking for a new operator, but I see your post obviously says handle. It's been a long quarantine, I guess!

The 39-226 would work on paper, yes, but I have some reservations. Looking at the hole in your old operator, I note a lack of a "collar" that these usually have to secure the handle in place. That's not necessarily a deal breaker but it will mean the new handle will be loose in the operator.

I've fixed this by using scotch tape to pad the handle stem out in the hole, though I understand that's less than ideal. Just something to keep in mind. You have an older style operator that the manufacturer stopped making in favor of the 39-326. At the end of the day, you may want to consider replacing that entirely after all.
