Handle on Sliding Door Replacement

Question

I have included photos of handle to be replaced and rest of associated hardware. Sliding door was installed in 2002. Looks like door manufacturer is no longer in business. Ok if hardware is not exactly the same, just want something that is similar and compatible to replace.

Our 82-030 can replace this handle set. Note that this kind of damage can be indicative of tracks and rollers that either need to be cleaned or even replaced, so do take time to inspect them.
