Handle only needed

Question

The metal of my handle around the top inside screw severed off. The rest of the mechanism works just fine. I have two questions: 1) Do you sell just the inside handle or do I need to buy the whole handle and key set? 2) It appears that I need the legacy handle keyed handle set (3 15/16") (correct me if I'm looking at the wrong set), but the lock faces the opposite direction from my current handle. Is there one that has the lock facing the other direction or can I change the direction of the inside lock?

I agree that our 82-086 is the best match for your door. The internal handle is unfortunately not sold separately, but it can work for either a left or right hand door interchangeably.
