Hello, I developed this project in Los Angeles and it appears we are missing a screw cover and there is some damage to the handle. My questions are (1) Can I get a replacement handle, and if not, (2) Can I get a replacement screw cover. The dimensions between screws is 4.94"

The installation hole spacing on your handle set seems to be around 4-15/16". That said, I believe the 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set should work for the repair; the keyed version is the 82-081.
The mortise lock, sold separately, reminds me of the 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock. The dimensions for it can be found on the website.
