It's an old Ellison sliding patio door, 70 3/4 x 79 1/2. Had my customer look over the unit and cannot find any numbers on it. The unit was purchased in 1998.

Please review the style of the 82-086 keyed handle set. This set has a 3-15/16" installation spacing from center to center. Compare to the original to confirm a good fit! Also see the 82-087 for additional finish options. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
