Handle set replacements

Quick Learner
Hello!

I'm looking to change two handle sets. The mortise locks are working fine. We have four doors and two have broken inside handles. I'll share the broken interior images as well as how the other two doors which work fine look. If there is something that is similar to what we are keeping that is preferable.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we do not carry this exact style handle, but the 82-020, 82-030, 82-032 and 82-033 all should work as replacements. Take a look and see what you think. Also note that damage to the inside pull can sometimes be indicative of rollers and tracks that need maintenance. See the guide listed on this page for help. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you very much for the quick reply! Is there also a keyed model that would work if I wanted to select just one keyed to match one of the non keyed versions you shared?

There sure is! It looks like that the thumb lever on the inside pull is closer to the bottom mounting hole than the top, rather than being perfectly centered. Is that correct? If so, the 82-030B Handle Set would work for you. Also consider the 82-086 and 82-087

Good Morning! Yes the thumb lever on the inside pull is closer to the bottom you are correct. I do like the options for the locking handle. For the non keyed handle, with the lever being closer to the bottom, does this change which models I should look at or should the following all still work as potential options: 82-02082-03082-032 and 82-033?

Correct--for the non-keyed version, those items will be good to go--the inside thumb lever can be set to a number of different positions, so it will work just fine. With the keyed handle sets, the issue is the key lock is fixed in one spot, so that's why we need to know whether or not you need a key lock that is either offset toward the bottom of the handle set (as in your case), or perfectly centered. Let me know if that makes sense, or if you need anything else!
