I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need. It sounds like it might be an operator or operator handle. In either case, I will need clear photos of the part in question so that I can find a good match in our inventory. Would that be possible?

If you need the operator, please make sure that it is clearly visible without obstruction. Seeing it removed from the window would be ideal.
