Handle with a lock set

Question

Trying to find whose handles these are to see it they make it with a lock set. We added a lock to these but modified the flat rod that goes through to the handle and it's weak and breaks. There are casting or part numbers inside of them. The outside handle is CD-571-4 and the inside handle is CD 740

They are also not white but a light tan

See our 82-030 Handle Set. You can adapt the 82-310 Key Lock Cylinder to this handle set. However, this sounds similar to what you're attempting and you're having trouble. Make sure your door's internal mortise lock isn't damaged. That can cause the tailpiece on both a key lock and thumb lever to break. If so, we can likely replace it; just show what you have.
