Handle and escutcheon plastic trim

I have Eagles windows. The writing in the corner of the glass indicates they are Mazimizer Plus IGCC CBA ICMAC CIG-3. It looks like the manufacture date is 01-04.

I am looking for the plastic trim piece for the escutcheon. I have provided a picture of one with and one without it in place.

I am also looking for a handle for the crank. The handle I have has 2 inscribed markings. One says "Truth" the other says "7" and just below that "45240"
