Handle and inside swing hook lock

I am looking for a handle with lock and the inside swing hook thing. I dont know names just what stuff does. Im trying to find one in antique brass to match my other door handles

Looks like you need a handle set and mortise lock. I recommend looking at our 82-087 and 82-226, respectively. These should match your existing hardware.

Im looking for an antique brass finish though so is there anything else that will work in that finish

I'm afraid that we don't have a handle set in that finish. The 82-087 remains the best option we can provide.
