Handle and latch assembly for sliding glass door installed in 2005

Hello! We sell a ton of different handle sets, but before I can recommend anything I'll need a clear photo of the original set. Please also write down the spacing between the two installation hole centers, as that's a key dimension. Finally, I'd also like a photo of the mortise lock, assuming you have one; that will allow me to ensure that any handle I recommend will be compatible with it.
