Handle and mortise lock

Question

Hi - need some help ordering the correct handle. This is a keyless door. I ordered (1) 82-089 : Legacy Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2"), but the hole do not seems to line up. Also, the mortise lock fell into the patio door. I need the correct handle and lock for the door and any other parts required for this set up. Hopefully these pics are helpful.

It looks like your thumb lever is centered while the thumb lever on the 82-030 is offset. That would explain why it didn't work.

You should consider our 82-030 instead. This is more or less the same kind of handle set but with an adjustable thumb lever that can work in any position.
