I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing to your assembly. 

If you're looking for the mortise lock in the center of the door, we would need to see the original assembly in the center of the door to compare it to our inventory. Thanks for posting!
