Handles broke

I have multiple handles on my crank outs where the handle and the worm gear come right out. Wondering if these are replaceable?

Once that worm gear comes out, it cannot be repaired or replaced. You need an all new operator.

We can help, but I will first need to see more of the operator itself. Your current photo only shows the base. I need to see the rest of the mechanism, either out of the window or at least with the window open. Thanks!

That's perfect, thanks. Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. Just make sure to carefully compare our dimensions to yours to ensure that they all line up.
