Handles fell off

Home Owner from Philadelphia
I've attached photos of my window handles, the crank without the handle, and the entire mechanism as a whole.  I need 2 handles (I'm told the color is almond), and 6 pins to put the other ones that have fallen out back in.  Any information on what I would need to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

This appears to be a match for our 39-376 cover/handle kit. These are only supplied as kits and are designed exclusively for Truth brand operators. As long as your operator is Truth, this will work. See also our 39-375 for the opposite side.

Is there a way for me to tell if this is a Truth brand operator?

Sure, the name "Truth" is usually printed somewhere on the operator base or arms.

Thanks.  I found it.  It is a Truth mechanism.  Can you give me an idea of what is involved in removing the ones where the handle broke off an installing new ones?

You'll first need to loosen the set screw that holds the handle base to the operator. After that, it's a simple matter of just popping the covers off. You should be able to do it with your fingers once the handle, or what's left of the handle, is removed.

Thank you for all of this information.  Last question (hopefully).  If for whatever reason I order the parts and it's not right, can I return them?
