Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-030 to your original handle set. 

As for the mortise lock, review the dimensions of the 82-211 and 82-214B to determine which would be the correct replacement for your door. Thanks for posting!

The holes for the handles do not line up. They are about 4 inches apart

The 82-030 installation holes measure 3-15/16", which is just shy of 4". We do not carry any handle sets like yours that measure exactly 4", which is not a common measurement for this type of hardware. I'd recommend double-checking your measurement, making sure that you are measuring between the center of your installation holes, to confirm if our assembly will work for you.
