I'm trying to determine if this is your brand. needs some replacement parts also if there's a specific place on the handle that I can identify and confirm the manufacturer or a model number

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 82-081 comes to mind. This measures 4-15/16" on the installation hole centers, so we recommend double-checking yours. Note that we don't sell dummy handles. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.

We don't know who manufactured your door, unfortunately, We're happy to ID the rollers, but we'll need to see a complete and undamaged assembly removed from the door, including written-out dimensions.
