I am the manager of a Habitat for Humanity ReStore - we have several sliding glass doors that need handlesets, so I thought I would start with just one for now.
I do not have a brand name for the door, what I can tell you is this door was manufactured in a plant in NC that produces for Lansing, Reliabuilt, Atrium, and more.
The spacing on the holes is
4" on center for the top and bottom
the two middle holes are 1-1/2" apart
and the second hole is 1-1/4" from the top hole

Hello,
I suspect that you could use something like the 82-030 handle set for the door shown in your photos but I would recommend double-checking your installation hole spacing to confirm. This handle set has 3-15/16" hole spacing as shown below, which is a standard measurement for this type of patio door hardware. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
