We have an old house (1926) and we took this screen out to be stripped, rescreened and painted. In the proces of rescreening one of the "keepers" for the hooks it hangs on was broken off.
I am attaching several photos. There are two of the actual window with the hooks still attached. Then there are 3 that show the remaining "keeper," the broken off "keeper," and the two together. We need to replace at least the one "keeper" but are not opposed to replacing all four parts. PLEASE HELP, this is on the front of our house.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacements for the old-style screen hanging hardware shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
