Hard plastic vents of sort on frame

These vents which arent really vents have gotten brittle due to being in the sun. I believe I have provided all possible angles and sizes is this something you have Thank you

It's a bit hard to tell, but I am wondering if this is a weep hole cover. If so, see if you could use the 26-186 as a replacement. If it's wide enough, it could fit around that hole and be mounted by drilling holes to either side. Look over the dimensions and let me know what you think.
