Thanks for reaching out. We do not carry a replacement mortise lock that would work for the one you have pictured, unfortunately. 

I also regret to say I am unsure of where you might be able to locate a replacement. You might have some luck at local hardware store but I can make no guarantees. I'm sorry we can't be of more help!
