Hard to open and stay open older windows.

Question

Older windows in condo unit.  Windows are in good shape but no up/down easy action. Don't want to take apart if not available. I'm not even sure how the windows come out however I know they must. I have uses your spiral balance on our other home. I'm super handy and constuction savey. Also looking for top lockers that show up on one of the pictures. Thanks for any information that you can provide.

It appears you have a non-tilt window spiral balance application. To further review, are you able to provide the diameter of the tube and a clearer image of the bottom of the spiral tip? Do you see any brackets attached under the bottom of the window sash?

For the window lock, it resembles the 90-026 at first sight. Please review the overall dimensions and dimensions below to see how they compare to your original.
