We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to remove an undamaged version of each part that you need to replace to show us a clear, unobstructed view of each one.

Keep in mind that many window manufacturers use generic hardware based on the specifications of the window, so there is no list or kit of all of the hardware that it uses, which is why we can only work on a part-by-part basis. We recommend carefully looking over the window to identify exactly what is damaged and we can go from there. Thank you. 

Unfortunately, your new photo does not give us any new information. We would need to see each part that you need fully removed from the window in order to research your replacement options. For the balances specifically, we will need to see both end fittings, the stamp on the metal channel, and the clip at the end of the pulley cord once it is fully removed from the window.
