Question

We have two sizes of hardware this one is slightly to thick in dimensions and won't line up with screw holes. Curious to get a slightly thinner one that fits.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of the original operator assembly, including the arms that move the sash. If you're concerned about the holes spacing, we'll also need you to write out the exact distance between the center of your mountain holes to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
