I'm afraid I can't determine what you need from these photos. I would need to see the corner and latch removed from the window along with written-out dimensions. Storm window hardware like this is, unfortunately, a dying breed so there's a good chance we can't help but those details will help us confirm. 

I'm afraid we don't have a match for the spline in your first photo. The only U spline we have is the 59-234 which is for 5/8" glass. That's huge and yours is clearly smaller so I doubt this is a fit. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
