Your operator looks like it might be an older version of our 39-171, but look it over and see how well they compare.

I have received the parts that I ordered, however I also need the piece that mounts to the bottom slide track and attaches to the bottom of the window. Perhaps I should order the hardware that is attached to the bottom of the window also to insure that the split washer is there

I just sent a request for more hardware for the bottom of my window. Now I am requesting you send all replacements for the bottom of my window except for the replacement part 39-171 which I have already received.

It sounds like you might need the hinge, but I can't make out what style yours is from your photos. One possibility is our 36-048, but you will need to check to make sure your base track is the same length at 10". It's also important to keep in mind that you need to replace both the top and bottom at the same time. As long as those two criteria are met, I'm very confident that this hinge assembly will work for you.

What is the cost of just purchasing all the hardware, top and bottom? This is probably the best solution

I think that I should replace top and bottom bar also.Is this included in the 36-048 Kit? Bottom 10" bar showa a bit of rust.

I'm not sure what the bar might be in this context. The 36-048 is the full hinge assembly, including the arms that connect to the window and the base track that screws to the sill/header. You can see everything included with this kit on the 36-048 store page.

Thank you I received the hardware however I would like to order the wrench for adjusting the bottom track if possible
