Please start by reviewing the 17-018 and 17-019 bottom sash clips along with the 18-002 top sash guide. Also see the 55-043 sash stop along with the 15-010 spiral balance shoe. If you need a full new balance, we would need to see the original, but start by taking a look at the Series 303 Keller spiral balance that uses the 15-010 shoe.

Unfortunately, the metal fork is no longer made with no substitute. Review dimensions and let us know if you have any questions!
