Trying to identify the correct name and part for this. Both right and left ones need to be replaced. Both are broken.

Your operators appear to be an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092. Unfortunately, Roto discontinued the link arm and offered no substitute. I'm sorry we can't offer more help with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
