Hardware cover missing

Hi, missing the cap to the base as you can see on the photo with the white hardware. I also uploaded a picture of another window that has the cap on it.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'm not sure if we carry a secondary cover that would fit over your operator base. To confirm, we'll need to see a top-down photo of your assembly with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you have an older-style version of one of the Encore operator pairs shown in the video below. I believe your style operate uses a white cover over the base that is not removable. If so, unfortunately, our covers would not fit. Your best option would be to replace the entire operator with one of the Encore style replacements, depending on the style of the fitting that attaches the long arm to the sash track. Both options use the 39-375 and 39-376 handle with cover kits.
