Hardware for Plygem Pro 400 Window

A home owner from Washington DC says:

One of the metal pieces attached to the bottom of the window is broken and bent. It is the piece attached by screws.

In addition, it appears that the receptacle this piece fits into (the shoe?) may be stripped as well. There is a slight dent in the balance that fits in the channel. There is a 36C stamped on the aluminum part.

Could you please identify the parts I would need to order? Also, any videos for installation would be helpful.

Thanks for posting. For your pivot bar, see our 26-360. Go over the dimensions and see if that matches what you need. The other part is called a channel balance. We will need to see it out of the window, with pictures of the fittings on either end of the channel. Let us know what you find.
