Apologies for the delay in responding, and many thanks for your patience. Can you tell us the diameter of the pin, as well as the diameter of the cap atop the pin? Also, is there a brand name somewhere on the door that you can tell us? That would be of great help narrowing down what you need for this bifold door. Many thanks.

I found the information for the manufacturer on a bedroom closet door.

Please let me know if parts are available.

Thank you so much for your help.

Many thanks for your correspondence. For your Benchmark bi-fold door, you will need one 21-002 bottom threaded adjusting bi-fold pin and for the other three, use our spring-loaded bi-fold pins, the 21-044. Let me know if you have any further inquiries.

Thank you for information provided. However, I need to know if all the parts shown in photos need to be purchased separately. That's fine I just need guidance. Please check and inform me so I can get everything ordered at once. If parts are needed that's not pictured please add to the list.

Thank you,

Susan

We don't have your exact pins, so the one's we recommended are substitutes. Of your four pins, you need to use one 21-002 for the threaded adjusting pin, and then our 21-044 for the other three.
