Hardware for casement from Malta Windows

Need to replace the hardware including the guide under the window. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't say what casement operator you need without seeing the entire assembly, including the link arm(s). For the casement locks, I believe you have older versions of the 38-097 and 38-098. You'll need a new keeper to go alongside the new locks--see the 38-079. If you need a new hinge set, see if the 36-048 matches what you need.
