Looks like you need a new casement window hinge. I recommend our 36-048. Look it over and let me know if you agree!

I recently purchased 36-048 replacement parts for a casement window, i need the part that goes on bottom of window that the crank shaft arm attatches to.

As for this other part you need, it sounds like you might need an operator. Could you show us a photo of the part in question out of the window? That will allow us to confirm what it is and what can be used to replace it.
