Hardware for casement windows

The black pc that slides into a rail on the bottom rusted and broke off. I took a picture of the top and the black pc is still attached. One picture I took the black pc is missing. The other picture is of the bracket in the middle of the sash and when I close it it make a popping noise . I don't know if it is bent or not. Look ing advice on what parts to get. Ty
